Long Cane is a Title I Distinguished School and

serves students in Pre-K through the 5th grade from southwestern Troup County.

The teachers at Long Cane Elementary strive to provide

a safe and positive learning environment for each student.

A portion of the PTO funds will be utilized to purchase an additional classroom Promethean Board.

PTO has extended our awnings to the Outdoor Classrooms. Additional books for our media center have also been purchased.
